The polar vortex suffered in Texas certainly has impacted southbound volumes, specifically in our energy and plastics transload business. Many of our customers are still not working at full capacity even today, and some have shared with us that in the worst-hit plants it will take them several months to come back to "business as usual" as a result of damage caused by this rare phenomenon.
