A successful transloading operation is required to be highly orchestrated due to the various moving pieces. Generally, the transloading process still relies on manual labor. Do you foresee more technological innovation in the near future?
We will continue to see some automation but people are still the backbone of our transloading operations.
We do foresee further advancement in administrative functions, such as more touch screen/order input/kiosk functions at facilities, as well as technology in some of the handling equipment.
