What are you seeing in the market? When do you see markets coming back?
- We continue to see increased demand for storage services, rail-served industrial buildings, and auxiliary services like transload, railcar repair, and packaging and warehousing. Our rail services are always in demand and we do not foresee the needs changing anytime soon.
Are there any new projects or developments that Rail Logix is working on now?
- We are continually growing and evaluating where to build our next terminal. Stay tuned for updates as we look to expand along the I-10 corridor from San Antonio to New Orleans.
What is Rail Logix currently doing in your area of expertise?
- We strive to build first-class multi-purpose facilities where we serve more than just the railcar storage needs of our customers. Each of our Rail Logix rail sites is unique and caters to a niche market in their respective communities. Rail Logix has established long-term relationships with many of our customers. We are always looking for ways to adapt and grow with our customers in the ever-changing supply chain industry.
