- We have 35 years of experience in the industry. We have evolved our expertise with the industry evolutions and continue to work to ensure our industry and our clients have the right talent at the right time in their organization.
What are you seeing in the market? When do you see markets coming back?
- There are just not enough front-line workers, we do not attract enough diverse candidates to the market and our industry needs to think broader about hiring - hire for attitude and capacity, not just past experience. If we continue these practices, we will continue to struggle to develop a workforce with the skills needed for the future.
Are there any new projects or developments that your company is working on now?
