Still unanswered is the car utilization impact if in fact PSR can increase car loaded cycles (per platform year) — via more reliable car delivery placement for each freight car trip plan.
That performance evidence is still missing.
Ironically, the private car owners or leasers should know by now how that performance has improved — of not.
Are they mining that car movement data for the statistics?
