What does the next generation transloading facility or logistics center look like? (Connor Defebaugh)

We are starting to see facilities diversify their transload capabilities in the local market. Many sites got caught being dependent on only a couple of commodities and although it is lucrative in the short term, it is unsustainable in the long term. Being able to handle everything from lumber, liquids, aggregates, grain, steel, plastic resin, wind components, etc. gives customers greater options, and transload facilities are more sustainable. It is something we at Blacklands Railroad pride ourselves in.
