According to the latest survey (conducted November 2021) from the Neustar International Security Council (NISC), 81% of organizations have committed to bolstering their cybersecurity budgets for 2022. Nearly one-quarter (24%) of respondents are increasing allocations between as much as 31% to 50% over this past year, while more than four in ten (41%) are raising budgets from 11% to 30%.
Insurance prices are increasing and need to be considered when adding to the budget. Rates for 2022 expect to increase by 39%.
